Warm air rises, cool air sinks. So that's what I guessing as to why you need heat.
No you can't make a cake without heat.

Bread and Cake
To make a cake, a non-human resource needed is an oven for baking. It provides the necessary heat to transform the batter into a delicious cake. Additionally, other kitchen tools like mixing bowls and measuring cups are essential for preparation, but the oven is crucial for the actual baking process.

In heat because the moisture in the air will make the bread mold
No, you cannot make toast in the sun. Toast requires direct heat, such as a toaster or oven, to toast the bread evenly and efficiently. The sun does not provide the concentrated heat needed to make toast.
water and heat
The top answer ("the temperature of the bread goes up and the temperature of its surrounding will go down") is a terrible answer because whether baking bread is endothermic or exothermic depends on whether the chemical reactions that take place in the bread release energy or bind energy. That has absolutely nothing to do with the bread getting hot in the oven. Even a brick gets hot inside an oven yet there are no chemical processes occurring.
add colour in cream, when we make flowers for cake decoration we add colour in bread and make it a doo ..
To make bread and not cake (!), use all the ingredients for making cakes- BUT, use warm water and yeast. The yeast will produce little air bubbles in the dough and cause a chemical reaction within it to turn it to bread. Do not try the yeast with the usual cake mixture, as it will not only ruin your cake, but it will taste disgusting!Hope this helps :)
