Time magazine had a good article about just this subject a few months back. The argument being between organic versus local. Sometimes we think we're doing a good thing by buying eating organic foods but we don't think about how far that food had to travel to get to us and how fresh it might actually be.
The term organic is a muddy one. The government doesn't regulate organic food the same way it does meats, for instance with quality checks and labeling.
These days your best bet for truly organic and fresh food is to grow it yourself or to support a local cooperative or farm.
That's the only people that derive any benefit from us eating "organic" food. It costs more for us to buy, and it is not as healthy as conventionally-grown food. The 2006 outbreak of E coli, which killed 3 people and made hundreds ill, was caused by manure contamination of "organic" spinach. By contrast, there has never been a single reported case of human death due to consumption of pesticide residues on retail food products. "Organic" growers benefit because they are selling their poisonous crap at a premium over conventionally-grown, HEALTHY food. But then, I can't say I blame them, if people are stupid enough to BUY the crap and EAT it.
You should eat organic while on the hcg and always. If you do it will speed up the weight loss process.
Most often, people chose not to eat organic food because organic food costs more than non-organic food.
i think it's organic food , meat and something like that
Yes, you can organic foods. It is more healthy for your body to eat organic food than non organic food. The reason is because organic food is produced without harmful chemicals, pesticides, GMOs, and artificial flavors and preservatives.
Unless non-organic food contains preservatives, organic food should last as long as non-organic.

There is no way to know how many people are feeding organic dog food to their cats. But in any case, cats should not be fed dog food, as they have different nutritional needs from dogs.
