Now wander off in the tall grass while holdind down the SELECT button. A wild Dialga will appear if you hear a special music. It will also be a certain color. I don't know what the color is because I have been using the Wild Pokemon Modifier Cheat (WPMC) and been only catching yellow Arceuses and purple Darkrais. I even saw a cheese colored Geodude. And a brown Machop. Be sure to have at least 5 Ultra Balls. It took me only two to catch my little brothers Palkia. He hardly ever uses it though.
