Any images can be inserted, if you know how, and so yes, there can (if there aren't already) be Dr. Who userlookups. Most userlookup sites will let you know if requests are taken. If requests are open, request a Dr. Who lookup from them.

You have to draw something on paint or photoshop and upload it on the internet, then put the web address of the picture in the user description part of neopets. But, you have to put it in this complicated formula for html (its how it links it to your neopets page) type in free neopets user lookups in google and most just have something to copy and paste and put in your user description page, under preferences in the neopets tool bar. Generates Userlookups? I am really sorry, but there is NO SUCH THING (as I have posted time and time again - although no one really bothers to listen to me) as a USER LOOKUP GENERATOR!!!!! All the sites that put user lookups up to copy are run by PEOPLE who spend time coding these lookups themselves. No machine or computer makes a user lookup, you need to put in the effort. If you take the time to post a request on my Message Board (the WikiAnswers one), I will code your lookup for you when I get time.
