As in getting into the Magma Pool? There doesn't seem to be a known way to get access into the Magma Pool. However, if you catch the guard asleep, you can get in. For each Neopets account there is a time the guard falls asleep, and once you figure what the one for your account is you can go back once a week and paint your pet magma.

How do you make the guard let you in on Neopets?
If you're talking about the Magma Pool in Moltara, it's random. Just keep refreshing and eventually he'll be asleep and you can sneak in. If you refresh at the Magma Pool eventually the guard might fall asleep if you're lucky and you will be able to sneak past and take a swim in the pool. The magma colour is also available through the lab ray.

There is no Magma Paint Brush, as you just have to find your 10-minute window in which the Magma Pool Guard is sleeping so you can sneak past. On extremely rare occasions, the Guard will let you pass even while he is awake. Nobody knows how this is triggered.
