Yes, of course! After you perform an adrenaline Dodge, the centaurs pause. When this happens, use your grapple to remove their shields. The clue is given in Lara's journal. Continue attacking them and when they try and turn you to stone with the green light, quickly pick up a shield to reflect the attack back towards the centaurs. This will turn them to stone instead of you. Then you can shoot them before they turn back. You will have to do this several times to kill them both.

∙ 12y agofill up their rage bar and wait till one charges and when you jump in slow mow and stun one use your grapple and his shield will fall then fill the rage bar up agin and grab the shield the the green thing that they shoot will reflect an turn the cinitor to stone shoot it until it dies (when its stone)but this may take awhile. and stock up on med kits if you want but its actually prety easy

I heard legend is better, but it is a short, and easy game. And anniversary is supposed to be kind of like a remake of the first ever tomb raider. So what ever kind of game you want will be best. I personally would get Legend because I know what to expect in anniversary. I hope this helped! I also say legend because of the plot and the graphics's. I had a lot of problems with anniversary and never finished it. I like how Tr underworld is the second part of legend. Well I think Anniversary looks awesome but I would have to go with legend. In the original Tomb Raider, you can defeat the centaurs by shooting them, and jumping side to side to avoid the fireballs. Soon they'll collapse. The centaurs in Tomb Raider: Anniversary are trickier. Shoot one until their rage is all the way up, then when they charge at you do the Adrenaline Dodge. When they're stunned, use the grapple to pull the shield away from them and onto the ground. If you bring the rage all the way up and they start glowing green, just stop. If you move a ray of green light will hit you and you'll turn to stone. When you've got the shield on the floor, bring the rage up on the same centaur and it'll start glowing green. Run and grab the shield and Lara will hold it up. The green light will bounce off the shield and hit the centaur, turning it to stone. Be quick and drop the shield, then shoot it. It'll probably break apart before you can kill it. If it does this, repeat the paragraph again. Repeat the above method on the second centaur and voila! You've defeated them. Watch out for the fireballs, they can knock Lara down. If this doesn't work for you, there are plenty of Anniversary walkthroughs on the Internet.
