Yes. His effect does not say it it limited only to face-up monsters.
Your opponent gets the effect.
It mean that to trigger, they had to be sent to the graveyard while they were equipping a monster. That means if they were discarded from hand, or destroyed while face down, or destroyed because the equipped monster was turned face-down or was removed from the field, then they will not get their effect. But if it was equipped to a monster, and an effect destroyed it (or destroyed it and the monster simultaneously) then that effect will be applied.
No, because it never gets flipped face-up. You can activate Raigeki Break to destroy an opponent's face-down Man-eater Bug without any monster on the field getting destroyed.
The effect does not wear off at a specific time, not even if Reptilianne Medusa is destroyed. The effect will be applied to the affected monster for as long as that monster remains face-up on the field. If it is flipped down, then up, or removed from the field, the effect is removed too.
If the face-down monster is tributed, then no, any Flip Effects it has will not activate. Under normal conditions therefore, you should flip the monster first, allow the effect to activate/resolve, then tribute the monster for whatever. But you are out of luck if your face-down Flip Effect monster is tributed by the opponent using Soul Exchange, for example. Because it never 'Flips' (even though it goes to the graveyard face up) the effect will not activate.
Monster Tokens are considered Monster Cards for all intents and purposes, except that they cannot be flipped face-down, and 'cease to exist' if an effect destroys them or tries to remove them from the field.
It is instantly destroyed and its flip effect is not activated.
To break Snoww's effect down (it only has one triggered effect, but one that can resolve differently)If your card effect discarded it, add one Dark World monster card from your deck to your hand.If your opponent's card effect discarded it, then you target a monster in the opponent's graveyard. On resolution, add a Dark World monster card from deck to hand as above, and also special summon the target monster.
The Equip happens on resolution of an Ignition Effect. Book of Moon can be chained to that. The target monster will flip face-down and then the Equip effect will resolve without effect because it can't equip to a Set monster. Inzektor Hornet will not move from whatever zone it started in.
No. A monster that is face down does not 'flip' when destroyed by a card effect, and will not trigger any flip effects.
When one or more specific cards a chosen by a card effect, it is considered "targeting". For example, when you activate "Soul Taker", you must target, or choose, the monster you want to use its effect on. When you activate "Sakaretsu Armor", you are targeting the monster who is attacking. That means those card effects won't work if the targeted monster is gone. For example, if you activate "Soul Taker" on a Fusion Monster, and your opponent activates "De-Fusion", the targeted monster is gone so the effect would not activate. If your opponent activates "Book of Moon" to flip their monster face-down when you activated "Sakaretsu Armor", the card's target is technically not there.
No. You cannot target a Token monster with an effect that would flip it face down. However if one would be affected by a non-targeted effect that would try to do so, it will be switched into defense position but remain face-up.
Your opponent gets the effect.

No monster can activiate its effect while face down unless it specifically says so; only face up.If you are referring to monsters who say their effects activate when Flip Summoned, that means you must flip the monster up manually during your Main Phase after it is set face down. A monster fliped face up from an attack does not count as a Flip Summon.
No, because it never gets flipped face-up. You can activate Raigeki Break to destroy an opponent's face-down Man-eater Bug without any monster on the field getting destroyed.
Since dark illusion is a monster card it is destroyed by raigeki without it's effect coming into play.Same as if a face down effect monster were to be destroyed by raigeki the effect of the card could not be used so any face down effect cards or any effect cards on your side of the field are rendered useless.
