10 and 12 packs are harder to build but its not impossible. you need to target the lower abs to build the entire 10 or 12 pack. most people only work out their first 6 abdominal muscles this creates a 6 pack. crunches sit ups build these upper abs. to really build the lower abs try to target them with lower ab exercises:

-leg lifts ( lay down on your back and put your hands under your lower back or butt whichever is more comfortable. extend your legs straight out and point your toes outward. lift your legs off the ground as high as u can go while keeping them straight. lower them back down slowly but don't touch the ground. keep them about 6 inches from the ground. try 3 sets of ten)

-leg flutters ( same concept as the leg lifts but instead of bringing them all the way up lift them up about 10-12 inches and begin to kick your legs like your swimming. keep them the same distance off the ground count up to ten then from ten back to one. for each second u count you should have done one leg flutter. to increase resistance remove your hands from underneath u and raise your upper body of the ground.

-leg rotations ( still the same concept as one and two. while flat on your back bring your legs up and with both legs together make a circle rotation. count up to ten and back down.

if you have gym access try hanging leg lifts. hang from a pull up bar or something that will allow you to lift your legs. keep your feet together and bring your knees up to your stomach. try to keep a 90 degree angle as you bring them up. if possible twist your knees from the left to right as u lift. this targets the side of your Ab's. alternate between some of these exercises. constantly keep your body guessing.

these workouts will help u build your lower abs but if u haven't lost the fat around the ab you wont get the best visibility. try cutting carbs down. we don't need carbs to live so you can take them out all together. if you feel tried throughout the day your body may need to eat a small amount of carbs just experiment with your carb intake.

hope this will help you with your question. good luck
