You Can. Just Follow These Steps.
Step 1) Purify Your Shadow Pokemon & Beat The Game. (You Can NOT Trade Shadow Pokemon Into Your GBA Games)
Step 2) Go To The Pokemon Center In Phenac City & Enter The Back Room (The City In The Desert That Has Alot Of Running Water)
Step 3) Talk To The People. Connect Your GBA To Your Gameboy/Wii. Select Your Pokemon & Your Done!
Heres A Tip.
If You Want To Use Colosseum For Storage. Trade In A Bunch Of Nincada Then Have Them Evolve (Nincada Turns Into 2 Pokemon When It Evolves As Long As You Have A Spare Poke'ball) To Add Pokemon To Your Collection Which Can Then Be Traded Back To Your GBA.

Cloning in Colosseum is simple. All you need to do is open up your save files directly from your Gamecube. You can do this by turning on the gamecube without a disc in, or with the disc lid open. Then go to 'memory card'. You should be able to make a copy of your Colosseum save file, so there will be two identical files. Then you can restart the gamecube, and load the game as usual. Transfer the Pokemon onto your gameboy game from one of the files. Now, there should be a whole 'nother set of those Pokemon on the extra save file :) If this doesn't work, try saving the extra file onto another memory card, and maybe try removing the memory card as you do the trade.

To get Deoxys you have to go to a Nintendo event and get the mystic ticket. Then go to 9 island and catch Deoxys. On 8 island you can catch ho-oh and lugia but you can also obtain them by using Colosseum and XD. It is impossible to get Mew and Celebi. If you don't want to do all of that then just cheat by using action replay for the game boy advance and you can obtain all the Pokemon. this is colby 2 interuting to obtain celebi get maganeam LV50 and alakazam LV50 then celebi
