Could Jean Grey kill Wolverine

Jean Grey without a doubt. JEAN GREY has the power of telekinesis in which she can control things with her mind ,while SUE STORM CAN TURN INVISIBLE AND ALSO GENERATE FORCE FIELDS.SO ALTHOUGH IT MIGHT TAKE A LITTLE WHILE IM SURE JEAN GREY WOULD PUT THE HURT ON SUE STORM .JEAN GREY ALSO HAS THE POWER OF THE PHEONIX SHE WOULD PROBABLY CRUSH SUE STORM INSIDE HER LITTLE PROTECTIVE BUBBLE. Jean on her own isn't much of a threat. Sue on the other hand can create force fields inside Jean's head and kill her flat out. Jean is no longer host to the Phoenix, however she is one with the Phoenix which means currently Sue would be crushed. Hope this helps!~

Jean Grey is a very powerful mutant. She is a class 5 mutant (that is the strongest type of mutants). Although she has not learned to use her powers fully, while being possessed by the Phoenix she was in full power.

There are other strong mutants like Professor X, Storm and Magneto but they are all level 4. Rogue can mimic a mutants powers when she touched someone, but she is not a level 5 because she can only copy them temporarily. Mystique is only a level three because when she morphs into someone she cannot use their powers unless they are physical (e.g healing, claws, long tongue etc.).

The only other level 5 mutant I know of is the comic character The Scarlet Witch, because of her reality warping powers she can change anything from the position of a chair to the memories and life of every person in being.

Since Jean Grey is one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel universe (with or without her Phoenix powers), Wolverine wouldn't stand a chance. And since she is a powerful telepath, she could make Logan brain dead without breaking a sweat (you know if she was still evil). But I have to agree with the first person who answered this. Since Wolverine has become so popular over the years, don't worry about him being killed off any time soon.

To be honest, I think Jean is her own worst enemy. And before you start having a go, she said that she is the Phoenix and the Phoenix is her. And the Phoenix is her worst enemy. Constantly taking over, killing billions of people and keeps getting Jean killed...

Dont get me wrong Psylocke is a powerful mutant but she was helped too that power by Jean Grey so if Jean wanted she could take it away just as easily as she had given it. Along with the Phoenix force she wouldn't stand a chance even if Psylocke was at the top of her game.
