Yes, they do. Because the crew of the Enterprise is military, often they are all referred to by their last names, but Vulcans refer to them by rank or title when needed, and by first name in friendship situations. Spock called Captain Kirk Jim, and even in the new movies, Spock said his girlfriend's first name (which Kirk didn't know).
Every Vulcan in the Star Trek franchise has been known by one name (Spock, Sarek, T'Pau, Tuvok, et al.). On the original series, Spock once commented that his last name is too difficult for humans to pronounce, and his mother commented in "Return to Babel" that even she had not yet mastered it.
Vulcans are a species first introduced in Star Trek: The Original Series. I don't know how you can be a Star Trek fan without knowing what Vulcans look like, but I might as well lend my expertise. Vulcans are characterized by pointed ears, a blank expression, and (my own personal observation) long fingers. They also age to be quite old. While I have no factual basis for this statement, Ambassador Spock, who must have been about 28 in TOS, lived until sometime after Star Trek: Voyager. In Voyager's 6th season Lieutenant Commander Tuvok, who was 28 in the time of Excelsior-class starships, reached his 100th birthday. If you think you have met a Vulcan on the street and he has his ears covered, listen for the word "logical" or "illogical". They say it so often, it's not even funny. Unlike their Romulan cousins, the Vulcans pursued peace, knowledge, and logic. They have green blood. Other characteristics can be found by looking up "Vulcans" on Memory Alpha.
Usher is his first name but his full name is Usher Raymond IV.
Ariel's other sisters are named: Aquata, Andria, Arista, Atira, Andrella, and Alanna. If you watch the first movie of the little mermaid and listen to "Daughters of Triton", try to listen closely and you might understand what their names are.
Because she is beautiful and kind and a lot nicer than a lot of other people. Not saying any names...
no they hated each other
So other people can address them
When the earliest civilisation ran out of first names for people, they gave all the good people the surname Smith. Then they just picked out random names for all of the other people.
i like Rylie and other people names spelled uniquely
The apostle Paul's original name was Saul of Tarsus.Back in those days people did not have first, middle, and last names; they only had first names. However, people did add extra words to their to no have them mixed up with other people, since the names of the people back then were so common.
yes they can learn other people's names
In "The Crucible," the first person to mention names of people involved in witchcraft is Abigail Williams. She accuses Tituba of witchcraft and then begins to name other people in the community whom she claims to have seen with the devil.
People call people names because other people think that it is funny. other wise it actually hurts. they call each other names because it makes them feel good from all the stress.

Socrates's full name was Socrates. In ancient Greece, people were commonly referred to by their first names only.
