No, but the unowns canappear in the chamber by running around in it by this rate: unown E:2% unown I:8% unown N:60% unown S:30%

Talk to him and he will propose a race to see if you can catch the unown after he digs the wall. Now go and catch unow from A to Z. The first 26 (A - Z) Appear in the Solaceon Ruins after you get to the room where you get HM05 - Defog. There is none in the entrance room and in the four rooms you pass and the basement you will find F, R, I, E, N, D respectively. The other letters are in all the other rooms. For the last two forms (? and !) you have to catch each one of the 26 and go to the cave in Route 214 where the ruin maniac is and long tunnel with a doorway will be there. Enter it and there the other two unown will appear. If they don't appear the first time you enter the room then get out trough the south exit grab the rare candy and get inside again. That's all. Have a nice hunting lol

Is the Pokemon unknown in Pokemon emerald if so where is it?
Sorry, but it isn't. If you were really desperate for one you could find it in Fire Red or Leaf Green (They're common in the Dilford Chamber, Liptoo Chamber, Monean Chamber, Rixy Chamber, Scufib Chamber, Viapolis Chamber and the Weepth Chamber). Then when you have caught it in that game you can trade it to your Emerald game. BE WARNED: By trading a Pokemon from a separate game, it will add the whole pokedex, (as there is a different pokedex for each generation of game) so you will have tons of empty spaces on your Emerald game that you can only fill through trades. My advise: Don't bother, just go without on your emerald game and keep it in a Fire Red/Leaf Green game if you have one.
