Pokemon SoulSilver where to get Lucario?
In Soul Silver you can't catch Lucario but you can catch Riolu(Lucario's Pre- Evolved form) in the Safari Zone near the meadow Area If you place down 10 Forest objects and 14 Peak objects down. You can Evolve the Riolu and you will have Lucario!! Or If you have Pokemon Diamond or Pearl or maybe Platinum you can go to Iron Island and help Riley get to the Exit. He will give you a Riolu egg you can then evolve it and then trade it to your Pokemon Soul Silver that's what I did..... I have Pokemon Soul Silver, Heart Gold, Diamond,Pearl,Riby,Sapphire,Emerald,Silver,Gold,Crystal, Blue and Fire Red. Hope it Helped ^^ -Bolt the Electric Lucario

You can't get LUCARIO in Pokemon Soul silver. The only ways you can get it are, go to the GTS in Goldenrod and offer something for it, or trade from D/P/PL. Or you can level up from the Riolu you can get in the Safari Zone.

First off, make sure you have an empty spot for a Pokemon to go. Go to Canalave City. On the left half, in the southern side, there will be a sailor who will take you to Iron Island if you ask him. Go inside the cave there. There will be someone there, Riley, who will help you get through the cave. At the very end, she will give you an egg. This egg will hatch into a Riolu. If you do not have an empty place to put it, she wait for you to go get a space (you will have to go back to a poke center and come back through the cave by yourself).
Where can catch Jigglypuff in Pokemon FireRed?
could be in mt moon but under the Pokemon center next to mt moon. go down and you will see grass then go left, up then theres a pile of grass there and its there. will take a while to find sometimes because of nidorans and spearows. Route 3 is the only place you can find Jigglypuff in FireRed. Even there it is uncommon.

Riolu evolves by how happy it is with its trainer, it needs to have maximum happiness in order to evolve into a Lucario. When you get it's happiness up and level it up during the morning or day ___________________________________________________________________ nu uh my riolu evolved at night and it was level 30 so at night too :] HA

Lickitung can be found at all hours of the day on route 44 at level 24 or 26. You could also try the mountain area of the safari zone, but not at night. Hope I helped!
