well last time i checked, the only way to see it is to: to a, have a friend that breeded two torterra's, b: have chosen piplup as you starter, you will battle you rival's turtwig, or c: to go around on the internet, and ask people if they wanna trade you for a turtwig, but i sugest the easiest is a and c, well its not super helpful, but i hope it helped some way!
