you have to get a seadra first (horsea evolves in to seadra at lvl 32). to evolve seadra, you have to trade it while it holds a dragon scale (you can find a dragon scale somewhere in mt mortar)

∙ 12y ago1: You have to see all (not catch, just see) 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex, then go see rowan, and get the National Dex from Oak at Rowan's lab.
2: Go to route 226 (take the boat at snowpoint) and fish with the good rod for horsea super rod for seadra keep searching until one has a dragon scale attached, which will be about 5% of the time.
3: Now that you have a Dragon Scale get your seadra to hold the Dragon Scale and trade it to your friend and back (Horsea evolves to Seadra at level 32).

∙ 14y agofirst go get a seadra that has a dragon scale and then take the item from ur seadra and transfer it to the another seadra and then ask ur friend to trade. After trading ur seadra will evolve and it's gonna be ur kingdra.Trade it to ur shiny gold version.........thank you for asking..
