Kingdra is a Water and Dragon type pokemon.
Another dragon type Pokémon.
It will be quite a challenge, but you could teach it some Ice or Dragon-type moves. Stock up on Revives and Hyper Potions. For her Kingdra, you could use Twister, Dragon Rage, or Bite. I do not recommend sending Gyarados out to battle to face against one of her Dragonair though, because they know Thunderbolt, which can be a hefty move against Gyarados. Send out an Ice-type Pokemon, or a Pokemon that knows an Ice or Dragon type move for them.
Fairy-type Pokemon are weak against Poison and Steel-type attacks. Do not use Dragon-type attacks, for it is immune to Dragon.
For Kingdra it is weak to Dragon and Fairy-type Pokemon so Pokemon such as Dragonair, Tyrantrum, Goodra, Garchomp, Latios, Ampharos, Togepi, Latias, Kingdra, Clefable, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Zekrom, Wigglytuff, Haxorus, Reshiram, Mr. Mime, Marill, Druddigon, Axew, Noivern, Flygon, Deino, Sceptile, Rayquaza, Altaria, Shelgon, Dratini, Salamence, Kyurem, Marill, Zygarde, Snubbull, Cleffa, Mime Jr, Mawile, Whimsicott, Floette, Aromatisse, Slurpuff, Dedenne, Spritzee, Swilrix, Sylveon, Klefki, Carbink, Diancie and Xerneas so you can use them to beat Kingdra.
Tate and Liza the Mossdeep Gym Leaders use Psychic-type Pokemon so the best option to use would be either Dark-type Pokemon or Ghost-type Pokemon however Bug-type Pokemon will work as well additionally Steel-type Pokemon have a resistance against Psychic attacks and Steel-type attacks are super effective against Pokemon that are part Rock-type which Lunatone and Solrock are.
The best Pokemon to use against Crasher Wake is any Electric type. It's recommended to have a Grass type as backup and to help deal with his Quagsire who is four times weak against Grass.
During your first battle against Clair, you can use Ice attacks against her Dragonair and Dragon-type attacks against Kingdra. With Gyarados, you can use an attack such as Thunderbolt since Gyarados is 4 times weak to Electric attacks.
you use a pokeball
She uses Dragon-type Pokemon, so use a lot of Dragon, Steel, and Ice-type moves. Electric-type moves will murder her Gyarados and Kingdra. :)
Use electric moves on garaydos, ice on her dragonairs and dragon type moves on kingdra
Hmm. Well, considering he has Whishcash, Kingdra and the natural water type, you're best with Electric (Manectric, Plusle, Minun, Pikachu, Raichu etc) and Grass type (Sceptile, Nuzleaf, Even the Lotad family works if trained well... ) And for Kingdra, you're better off not using an Altaria or a Salamence since Kingdra is equipped with Ice Beam. You can even use a Swampert, as they have a lot of special defense and can even hold up against Kingdra. Just watch out for its evil Double Team. Hmm. Ground type Pokemon are super-effective against electric so I suggest that you use Pokemon of that type.
The following are good against ice type Pokemon... Fire Grass Ice
Use a strong fire type or any other type but they have to be strong
you should have an ice type Pokemon, a fighting type Pokemon and an electric type Pokemon
Water Pokemon. You can also use rock Pokemon such as geodude or onix. Do not use grass or steel Pokemon these types are week against fire.

Well, it depends. If you are battling a fire Pokemon, kingdra would be better to use, but if you are battling a grass Pokemon, gallade would be better to use. Also, gallade has better hp and stats, having evolved four times rather than only three. If I were to carry one in my party, I would probably choose gallade over kingdra, unless I still needed a water Pokemon for the hm surf.
