If you're lucky, you might find one in the pound, but the GUP's goal is to adopt rare pets, turn them into green unis, and put them back, so they might get the krawks before you do. Another way to get a krawk is to buy a krawk petpet, then take it to the fungus caves. A morphing potion or a lucky zap might also get you a krawk.

If you want to get a koi you can get a transformation potion for thousands of neopoints, or go to the pound. Another way would be somehow getting it on "special days" were some limited edition neopets are available. I would personally go to the pound, "I got mine there"

A Kiko is a Limited Edition Neopet that cannot be adopted easily like the common Neopets you see everyday. To adopt one, you must wait for Kiko Day, which was July 17th this year. There will be a few thousands of them available, but once they're all gone, you must wait again. OR, you can save up lots of NP and buy a Kiko morphing potion, or a magic plush toy.
