(bonus: lean, sexy body!) also, do some yogilates, a hybrid between yoga and pilates. keeps u sweating..;P u can have abs, as early as two weeks (intense workouts like boxing) up to three months. women's abs are tougher to mold than men's abs.

No... It is almost impossible to get more than 8 pack abs. To get 12 pack abs you literary have to tear your abs in half with very very very extreme endless exercise. also.. that's just plain disgusting
