a lot of matwork, honey. ;P do a lot of pilates, it targets your 'core' muscles. good for the abs. (bonus: lean, sexy body!) also, do some yogilates, a hybrid between yoga and pilates. keeps u sweating..;P u can have abs, as early as two weeks (intense workouts like boxing) up to three months. women's abs are tougher to mold than men's abs.
