I'm afraid you can't, you can only capture the lake trio if you fight them and throw a pokeball (or any other ball) to catch them, once they have fainted you cannot catch them again, sorry. ^_^

No, Azelf will never come back. If you haven't saved yet though, you can turn off and on and Azelf will be there. What!? what about Uxie? i accidently defeated them, as well as Dialga!
