You find them all at separate lakes. You can catch Uxie and Azelf at their lakes. Mesprit flees again when you go to her lake. You need to use the map marker poketch app to find it. PS: Don't fly towards the Mesprit. It will go to a different spot then. Use your bike or run to get to it.

Go to the three lakes and find the island in the middle sneak up behind them and paralyze or make them sleep then throw the ball with the highest catch rate you have and if they escape walk around in the closest grass and it will come to you.

You have to have the HM Surf, and surf into the middle of the lake. There will be an Island where you can catch either Azelf or Uxie (I'm not real sure) and they will be Lvl. 50. An Ultra Ball while they're asleep or poisoned or paralyzed will do the trick. But make sure you don't flee or knock 'em cold because you cant battle them twice. Hope this helps. :)

Azelf is in Lake Valor but,you must have faced Dialga to find it.If you have used your masterball already then I would say you may want an Action Reply Chip or Gameshark cheating device to get unlimited masterballs.If you do not have one,borrow one fro your friends.If you can't or none of your friends play video games or do not have a Action Reply Chip,do not despare.Try to stock up on as many different kinds of pokeballs and as many of them as possible.I would use the ball that gets stronger the longer the battle goes and save your game right before Fasing Azelf just incase you kill it or run out of pokeballs so you can just turn the game off.You can clone Azelf by putting it in the daycare center with a Ditto.Good luck.
