yes, you can recruit heatran. just make sure you are holding a golden mask, amber tear, or a fiery drum, which creates a higher chance of recruitment.without one of those, it would probably take a while to recruit it. hope this helped!:D

What you have to do is recruit Dialga and Palkia and then going to Luminous Springs if you want to evolve. Its easier with items such as Amber Tear and Golden Mask. I wnet to this site http://www.upokecenter.com and got a Golden Mask and Amber Tear as rewards for missions in the Beach cave. I did over 100 missions, 20 for Golden Seeds, 30 for Pokemon like Charmander since I didn't have one and 50 for items I wanted such as the Amber Tear Music Box Ancient Relic and the secret mission items like the Rock Horn. Now I am at the Super Rank. I am a Pikachu at lv. 100, my partner is a Bulbasaur at lv. 89, and I have 11 legends on my team: Dialga, Palkia, Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie, Mew, Giratina, Cresselia, Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. They are all at lv. 100 and my team name is Exploration Team PokeDream.
