∙ 11y agoThere is no event. If you want them in Diamond and Pearl, you need to trade from Ruby and Sapphire. In Platinum, there is Legendary caves in Mt. Coronet. It is called Iceberg Ruins. That is where you get Regice. You get Registeel in Iron Island in the Iron Ruins. And you get Regirock in Rock Peak Ruins in Route 228.
