It is just normal braille so you can either get a book from the library and learn how to read braille or if you actually have the pokemon game guide, it says in there how to read it. If you cant be stuffed doing either of these, then just go on YouTube or Google and you'll find lots of people have made videos telling you hot to get the regis.

∙ 12y agoBraille is not a Pokemon move but a way for the blind to read. To learn braille in real life you can either go to classes or look it up online.

∙ 13y agoI never found anything that would help figure the braille on the game, i used a dictionary, which has braille in it and wrote the translation on paper... hope this helps!
