How do you migrate Rayquaza to diamond and pearl since it knows an HM-move once caught?

You can only migrate a Rayquaza that knows a HM move if you delete the HM move by going to a person who will delete moves for you including HM moves. In Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, this person is in Fallarbor Town and in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen this person is in Fuchsia City near the Pokémon Center there.

Unfortunately the only real easy way to catch rayquaza is to use your master ball. if you really want to save it for Latias/Latios (Which you shouldn't because rayquaza is 10x better) is to paralyze him and then use the best ball you have in your inventory, but first you must get him down to low red in hp.
