First, go to Pacifidlog Town and surf WEST of it. You should find a strong current heading the way you surfed. Go surf in it, towards the south of it and let the current take you. You should approach lots of islands and keep heading along the southern part of them. Then you should find a deep patch of water where you can dive but there are current s heading the other way on the corners of it. Do not worry about this! You will be taken straight through the ways where there are no other currents. Therefore leading you into the patch of deep water. Dive there, and keep going south when you are underwater. Eventually you will come to a rock which has Braille on it. Which is writing in dots for blind people. However, the braille says 'Dive Here'. So you must dive. Then you enter the 'Sealed Chamber' where you have to go up to the northern-most wall with braille on it. The braille on the wall reads 'Dig here'. So you must dig. Then you enter another room. Head to the northern-most wall again and you will read more braille. It now reads something unnessesary for what you need and then it says: 'First comes Relicanth, last comes Wailord'. when you have them in your party, Relicanth being the first and Wailord being the last, press A on the braille when you read it. You will hear three doors opening. Then get out of the chamber and head back to the route with the current. First, to catch Regice, go to Dewford Town, and then surf towards the north-west of it. You should find some sandbars with narrow trees and if you surf towards the west, you will find a giant rock with an open door. Go inside, and head through the doors. In the next room, Regice will be waiting. Second, to catch Regirock, go to Lavaridge Town, and head down the ledges to the sandstorm desert. Head to the eastern-most wall and then start heading south. Very close to the south will be the next giant rock. Go inside it and head through the doors.
