When im in the sealed chamber in Pokemon emerald nothing happens after i read the braille and put my wailord to the top of my party?
You need Relicanth to be first in your party, and A wailord as the last, and then when you've read the braille you need to get one of your Pokemon to learn dig.

Note:You can catch them before the Pokemon league. You go to Pacifidlog and surf in the current heading towards Slateport. You will find a place to dive and go there. Before that you need a Relicanth and a Wailord. Evolve your wailmer to get wailord(level 40) and catch a relicanth underwater by sootopolis. Wailord is first and Relicanth is last. Then go past the braille and dig. keep going and there is more. There should be an earthquake and the doors are opened. One is in the desert, one in the ocean by Dewford and the other is in route 120. You go up from there and find a big rock that is opened. Then there is a braille puzzle that you need to solve. Once you solve that, go through and there it is.

You need Relicanth and Wailord in your party to catch the Regi Pokemon as they are the Pokemon which can unlock all the chambers around Hoenn. The underwater cavern which allows you to unlock every Regi chamber requests that you have a Relicanth and a Wailord in your party. These Pokemon and no others serve as a key. Their pressence fulfills the caverns request and the chambers are unlocked. Relicanth and Wailord also serve as useful Pokemon as between them, they can learn most of the HM moves required to encounter the individual Regi Pokemon. However, they are only necessary for the underground cavern.
