What is a Synchro Monster?
Synchro Monsters are the newest type of Monster Card. Their color frame is white and include "/Synchro" next to their Monster Type. They are included in the Extra Deck (formally known as the Fusion Deck) along with the Fusion Monsters (Note that with the release of Synchro Monsters, Konami has placed a limit of 15 cards in an Extra Deck. This means that you can only have a combined total of 15 Fusion and Synchro Monsters in your Extra Deck).You must Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster to place it on the field. This strategy could be used to clear 2 monsters from your opponent's side of the field. The downside is that your opponent will not take any damage to his Life Points because of Miracle Locus' effect. There would be no point in activating De-Synchro on Junk Warrior. De-Synchro is a Normal Spell card, meaning that you must have ended your Battle Phase to activate it. At this point, you could no longer attack and activating De-Synchro only replaces your Junk Warriorwith Junk Synchron and the other Synchro Material monster. In effect, this strategy would not be recommended.
Can you use stardust dragons effect if you use starlight road?
The Stardust Dragon can use its negation effect, but will not be able to resummon itself. No, you do not 'tribute' the Synchro Material for a Synchro Summon. They are sent to the graveyard, not tributed. You can tribute an opponents synchro monster for "Assault Mode Activate!" to summon the assault mode monster from your deck.
