He probably wouldn't have done as bad a stuff to Bellatrix Lestrange because she was all like 'My Lord this and My lord that' Also, Draco wanted to take Harry to the Dark Lord so that implies that he was trying to earn some favours, maybe to repay Voldermort? Whatever their punishment was they couldn't leave the house
