it's already released in japan but if you know English its hard its just for people who arent patient for March 14 P.S im getting Heart Gold

Well, HeartGold and SoulSilver use advanced WiFi so I think Black and White can. We can't really predict stuff like this. Although lots of people in the United States own Black and White, the only Wi-Fi connection events you can get are in Japan.
What type is weak against flying?
Flying attacks are super effective against grass, bug, and fighting types. This is why people who choose Chikorita at the beginning of of Gold/Silver/Crystal/HeartGold/SoulSilver are at a disadvantage - Falkner, the first gym leader, uses flying types.

You can catch Lugia by talking to a dude in Pewter city and then go to Tin tower in Ectrueak city. (same on soulsilver) 2. Don't waste your Master Ball! Use it on Ho-Oh or Mewtwo 3.For Elite 4 and champion have this team Feraligatr, Ho-oh, (Or Lugia if soulsilver) Pidgeot, Red gyarados (or Gyrados but red would be better) and Ampharos. I did not have a 6th for my 1st time! See ya!

What game is better Pokemon SoulSilver or Pokemon HeartGold?
They are both equally good, it just depends on your preference of legendary Pokemon. If you want to catch Lugia first, then you would choose SoulSilver, but if you want to catch Ho-oh first, you would choose HeartGold (you can catch both legendary Pokemon in both games, just at different times and different levels). Some people prefer to buy the version that corresponded to the version they had when they were younger, i.e., if they had the original Silver version, they would get SoulSilver. Another deciding factor for some players is the availability of certain Pokemon in-game. There are many version-exclusive Pokemon in each game that requires you to trade from the opposite version of the game.
