Then you see team rocket you follow him up to the bridge there then you battle him and he tells you he hid the genarator in the cerulian gym you go to the gym and go to the middle left you see two floaties you press a at the one that is closest to the water you find it then you go to the power plant you give the manager the thing and you go back to lavender town talk to the guy at the radio place at the very bottom right he will tell you need a upgrade go to the old man next to the cop and he will give you an upgrade talk to the guy at the corner again an he adds a pokeflute to your radio. Then fly to vermillion city and turn your radio on and battle the Pokemon GO to diglets cave (you will need cut) go all the way through and you end up right before pewter city.Hope it helped
