You will find him at level 7o. So get out your strong Pokemon. Then catch it with pokeballs in your bag. To get an Azure Flute get it from an Action Replay a mystary gift or beating the National Dex and bringing it to Proffessor Rowan. I hope that will help you on your journey.

you need an action replay. i dont know the code but i can tell you what to do. first get the azure flute from the pokemart (green guy). then go to spear pillar. then use the azure flute. next a long stairway will show up. go up the stair. arceus is challenging you. it should be lv 80. catch it. hope this help :)

Well you need to get a azure flute from mystery gift, then you play it in the middle of the tip of MT. coronet then stairs will come up and arceus is up the stairs. Good luck!

I know anotherway to get it though.There is a "ARCEUS EVENT" that is set for a limited time in some time in the year.I dont know when but just wait and watch some comercials for the event and use "Wi-Fi Connection".I'm just giving advice to help you get the "AZURE FLUTE" for ARCEUS.

it's an event but if you have a action replay there is a code for it once you get the code in press L+R and walk into a poke mart and the guy in green will give it to you. if it doesn't work make sure you entered the code right. now go to spear pillar and catch arceus. sorry but i don't have the code for the flute. i only have platinum so I'm not sure if it works for diamond or pearl. sorry if it didn't help :(

go to mt coronet,make your way to the spear pillar,enter the room where dialga/palkia where and it should say there are strange sounds the flute is making or somthing like that
