Not really. Poseidon is not a fish. He just has powers over the water. He probably created fish though, so maybe Percy is related to fish?
Not sure what you mean man! Percy Jackson is a son of Poseidon. Neptune is Poseidon.
I think he is very proud of him and loves him unlike some of the other gods, but he talks to him even though he's not supposed to so that has to mean something. Not all the gods talk to their kids.
Well yes, but there is much incest in Greek mythology. In one of the Percy Jackson and the Olympian books a daughter of Aphrodite dates a son of Hephaestus is a little more odd because those two gods are married. And Zues's daughters name is Thalia
If you read the next books in the series you will discover that there is lots of trouble on the horizon. There is the battle of the labyrinth (maybe i cant remember if it was this book the letter was sent in ;)) also their is the Titan war. Poseidon cannot directly interfere with his sons affairs so he has to do it in subtle ways. This letter is telling Percy something bad is coming without telling him the problem or the solution. It is indirect so Poseidon is allowed to do it. Hope it helped :)
I think it was because of how misunderstood he was. He is often misinterpreted as being evil, while he is simply bitter due to past tragedies of his. This includes having to spent half of every year away from his wife, being the outsider of his family and SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!! DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE LAST OLYMPIAN AND DON'T WANT IT TO BE SPOILED!!!!! For watching as a woman that he loved was killed by his own brother, Zeus.

The way this question is written makes it hard to answear, I mean, dolphins and fish come from the ocean, so self explanitory there, horses were created by Poseidon from the crests of the waves. As for the trident, spears part . . . I don't really know. A trident is a weapon, and Poseidon was most always portrayed with one in his hand.
If the Beta Fish doesn't eat then it means that the Beta Fish is sick. I know this answer because I had a Beta Fish in my class in grade 4.

I think you might mean Poseidon. Poseidon was the Greek god of the sea. Neptune was the Roman god equivalent to Poseidon.
it symbolizes poseidon because neptune is named after poseidon
If you mean in "The Poseidon Adventure" (1972) or "Poseidon" (2006), the ship was in the middle of the ocean when it was capsized by a rogue wave.
Poseidon? Do you mean the Ancient Greek god of the Sea? That's the only Poseidon I know of.
