If your opponent activates 'Royal Decree' can you activate 'Call of the Haunted' and special summon your monster?

Nothing really - traps get negated, including Call of the Haunted.
Call of the Haunted special summons a monster, and has a condition to destroy itself or the monster, depending on what happens. However it is not true to say it is 'holding' the monster on the field. Simply negating Call of the Haunted will not destroy the monster.
While Call of the Haunted is being negated, if the monster is destroyed, Call of the Haunted will remain on the field, uselessly. If Call itself is destroyed, then the monster is not destroyed.

∙ 13y agoNo part of those two cards affect the battle phase. Negating Call of the Haunted once it is already active, neither destroys the summoned monster, or restricts what you can do with it.

∙ 13y agoRoyal Decree will resolve and become active. Then when Call of the Haunted tries to resolve, it will be negated. It will not summon a monster, and will just remain on the field uselessly.

∙ 13y agoYes, if you are chaining it. Call of the Haunted will resolve first and summon the monster, then Royal Decree's negation effect will be applied.

No part of Call of the Haunted's activation prevents monsters from being tributed. Of course, if you activate it in your opponent's turn, you could only tribute the monster for a spell speed 2 effect or trigger.
What happens if you activate Compulsory Evacuation Device on your newly summoned monster right after your opponent activates Trap Hole?
Compulsory Evacuation Device will resolve first and return the target monster to hand. Trap Hole will then resolve without effect because its target has left the field.
Can you use Ojama Knight's effect if your opponent already has 5 monster cards on their field?
The minute Ojama Knight is fusion summoned onto the field, it activates and you must select up to 2 monster zones. If your opponent has all 5 monster zone taken up, you cannot select any of these monster zones. If 2 of their monsters get taken out of the field after the Ojama Knight has been summoned and already activate it's effect, your opponent can still summon another 2 monsters into that area. But if your opponent controls 4 monsters when you fusion summoned Ojama Knight, and you select 1 of their monster zones, as long as Ojama Knight remains on the field, that 1 monster zone cannot be used.

If you mean her effect that special summons a Fortune Lady, this only activates when she is removed from the field 'by an effect'. Offering her as tribute for any kind of cost, will not let her activate.

No part of Call of the Haunted or Royal Decree affect a monster's ability to attack. The Sangan will be able to attack as normal.
Can Stardust Dragon stop Call of the Haunted?
The effect of Call of the Haunted that destroys the monster it summons, is not something that 'activates'. Because it does not activate, there is nothing for Stardust Dragon to chain to.

No. Negate Attack targets an opponent's monster, it cannot be used on one you control.
Can Relinquished take your opponent's monster on your opponent's turn?
As an Ignition Effect monster, Relinquished can only take a monster in your own turns, in your own main phases. Monsters who can activate in the opponent's turn will usually specifically state so, or be a trigger which activates when a certain condition is met, regardless of turn.

When one or more specific cards a chosen by a card effect, it is considered "targeting". For example, when you activate "Soul Taker", you must target, or choose, the monster you want to use its effect on. When you activate "Sakaretsu Armor", you are targeting the monster who is attacking. That means those card effects won't work if the targeted monster is gone. For example, if you activate "Soul Taker" on a Fusion Monster, and your opponent activates "De-Fusion", the targeted monster is gone so the effect would not activate. If your opponent activates "Book of Moon" to flip their monster face-down when you activated "Sakaretsu Armor", the card's target is technically not there.

How does the Quick-play 'Inferno Reckless Summon' work?
Basically, when you special summon a monster with 1500 or less ATK with cards like marauding captain, call of the haunted, or monster reborn, you can activate this card when your opponent has a face-up monster to special summon all copies of that monster. Your opponent can special summon all copies of his monster too, but that's a rare chance IMO.
Does divine wrath only work for effects that your opponent chooses to activate?
No, you can use Divine Wrath on your own activated monster effects if you wish. Just as long as it is indeed an effect that activates and therefore uses the chain.

If A activates call of the haunted and then B chains MST then COTH effect disappears but what happens if MST targets face down COTH and its chained to MST and targeting sangan or Armageddon knight?
If A activates Call of the Haunted and B Chains Mistical Space Typhoon, COTH is destroyed and no monsters are summoned. If COTH is chained to MST, either monster will be summoned, but then MST will destroy COTH, and the monster will also be destroyed. However, either monsters effect will activate as both will be summoned then destroyed.
Can your opponent sacrifice your stardust dragon for assult mode activate?
No he/she can't, because on Assault mode activate it says: ''Tribute one synchro monster...''. You can only tribute your own monster/s.

Yes because it's effect says you can summon a normal dragon type monster from either players graveyard. So since tribute to the doom destroys the monster is effect activates.
