In Pokemon Platinum is it possible to return to the Distortion World after you fight Giratina and I mean the whole thing not the entrance in Turnback Cave and if it's possible how do I do it?

if you don't want to go through turn back cave then no,it's not possible.

∙ 9y agoYou can go back through an entrance in Turnback Cave, and in fact, you need to do so in order to get the Griseous Orb to keep Giratina in its Origin Forme outside of the Distortion World.

Yes! After you have defeated the Elite Four or completed the Sinnoh Dex (I can't remember which one it is), you will notice a new path off Route 205 (South of Floroama Town) called Spring Path. Go down Spring Path, and you will reach Sendoff Spring, where there is a cave entrance. Go through the cave entrance to enter Turnback Cave. Turnback Cave is one of my favourite cave because, as it is of a random quality and the route changes every time, you will always end up at Giratina. What worked for me was pretty much go through the door on the right every time. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT EXIT A ROOM THROUGH THE SAME DOOR YOU CAME IN...or you end up at Turnback Cave's entrance.

Where is Giratina in the Unown cave on Pearl?
Giratina is not found at Solaceon Ruins (where the Unown are), but at Turnback Cave. To get there, you must have obtained the National Dex from Professor Oak at Profesoor Rowan's lab. If you have it, fly to Veilstone City and travel south to Route 214. On the east side of that route, you can find Spring Path. Follow the path to Sendoff Spring. Once there, use Rock Climb to scale the rockface, then walk around the lake to the other side (where the cave entrance is). Use Rock Climb to get down to the lake and enter Turnback Cave. Once you enter, you'll need to navigate through the cave to reach Giratina. You have to pass three pillars before you reach your destination, so look for those in order to reach Giratina. The rock patterns provide a hint, so don't ignore those.
