In neopets how do you get your pin back if it won't send you your pin in your email account?

If the pin won't send to your email address, make sure that it is indeed sending it to the right email address. If this doesn't work, try checking your Spam or Delete box and see if the email is located in there. Email is the only way to retrieve your lost pin number.

It will have a link and you just click on it. Then POOF your account is activated. =) It doesn't always happen like poof though. And your account can easily get hacked, or contaminated with a virus

Why would you want to freeze an account? If someone found out your password- change your password. If you forgot your password have neopets email it to you on the email you summited when you signed up. If you hate your pets get rid of them at the pound. If you just don't wanna play on neopets then just ignore your account and never get on. OR There are a number of ways you can remove your account. You can contact the neopets team or you can break a ton of rules. However the neopets team prefers if you would delete your account using this link- http://neopets.com/remacct.phtml this link is also the easier way to go. Just be sure that you want to delete your account because once you do it, there's no going back (as far as I know. O_o). Good luck with moving on with your life!

Anything that is able to be traded can leave your account. However, the brushes and petpets that come in the newbie packs are mechanically unable to leave your account.
