Could not find any source that knows but seeing that his political views are not published he's probally a Republican which makes him a smart man:-)

You're wrong. He's a Democrat. He said the following in a 2012 interview:

Channing on being proud of his presidential pick in Alabama, which is largely Republican: "I don't care. If they don't like me because I voted for Obama, then f- them. I like horses and I like Obama. Nothin' wrong with hat."

Better back up this statement with an actual link to the statement because quite frankly, I don't believe you. People in Hollywood who keep quiet about their politics in this day and age is a tell tale sign that they aren't "Liberal".

And as far as being smart goes, Mr. or Ms. Republican . . . learn how to spell the word "probably."
