First thing, Blackout is not there in the movie Transformers Revenge of The Fallen, he was killed and thrown into the abyss in the first part... The one who looks like Blackout can be called as his bro, GRINDOR... there are differences in their chest, head, toes and color (another alien, the one who captures Sam's parents has face similar to these two!!!)... In the movie, Optimus kills Grindor but he is killed by Megatron. After he is brought back to life using the matrix he powerlinks with Jetfire and kills the Fallen, Badly wounded Megatron flees along with Starscream
