Illumise is generally considered a less desirable Pokémon in Pokémon Emerald. While it has decent Speed and access to unique moves like Wish, its overall stats are relatively low, and it lacks a strong offensive presence. Additionally, it doesn’t evolve, which limits its potential for growth compared to other Pokémon. Overall, it's more of a novelty than a competitive choice.
No, although premier balls look alright and sound alright they really are not all that good
If you catch a Pokemon when your party is full it will automatically be sent to the Pokemon Box storage system, isn't technology great?
go up sky tower and battle him(youll need a mach bike).a great ball will catch it best.
The great marsh or migrate(easiest to migrate)
u have to catch a paras in the great mrash
The best Pokemon to catch in emerald is rayquaza. It has great speed and awesome strength. If you teach it the right it might the strongest Pokemon.
I tried paralyzing it but the Abra teleports before i use stun spore. I can't catch it.

learn the braille alphabet and do what the writing on the wall in regices cave says. take many great balls, ultra balls, and timer balls
Well, you can practically catch any pokemon with a great ball, just that it has a very small percentage of getting it on the first time. Even if you are trying to catch a legendary pokemon, it is just the matter of time before you catch that pokemon/legendary pokemon you want!
In Pokemon ruby you can catch latios but not latias, in Pokemon sapphire you can catch latias not latios, in emerald you can choose. Use your master balls on them so they wont fly away. You can use other types of balls, eg timer ball, ultra ball, or great ball on the other legendaries.
You can catch it at the Pastoria Great Marsh.
Maybe you have to have a great move on your pokemon
I only know in Pokemon Sapphire It's inside the Meteor Falls. No Elite Four needed. already have a Shelgon and use a great ball or ultra ball to catch it.
catch pokemon in swampy area
Yes, the main difference is that in ruby, you can only catch groudon and maybe rayquaza (not sure). In emerald, you can catch rayquaza, kyogre, and groudon. All of the games are great though and there may be a few other minor differences, like which pokemon appear on a certain route. I know that in the town with Brawly as the gym leader (fighting) in th cave there are sableye in ruby, but not in salphire. Personal preferance is emerald because it is a mixture of ruby and saphire. Have fun!
In the great marsh
