Mayor Shelbourne of "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" starts off as a very short man, probably weighing 150 lbs, but as Flint makes it rain food excessively, he becomes more and more greedy, being that the first time Flint makes it rain food, he is able to swallow three cheeseburgers at one time, and when breakfast comes down, the mayor is seen stuffing his face with bacon coming down from a gutter. He eventually gets so fat from his overeating that he needs an electric scooter to move around. He probably weighs at least 700 lbs.He is also shown to have crazy food cravings, shown when he asks Flint for a "a Pizza, stuffed inside a turkey, and the whole thing deep-fried and dipped in chocolate." He also seems able to swallow huge things, such as when he's explaining to Flint that bigger portions would be a huge hit, he swallows pretty much all of one of the mutated Hot Dogs that was covered in ice cream. So, yes, due to his intensive eating habits, Mayor Shelbourne is incredibly fat.
