Well both of SW Force 1 and 2 stories got bad reviews by the majority of critics so base on that and the fact that Force 2 didn't sell well. A movie will probably not happen. I personally loved the story and I would love to see Starkiller in the theaters.

Well, "The Force Unleashed" video Game Shows how the Rebel Alliance began in the first place and it was all thanks to Starkiller (his real name is Galen Marek). So if the game is part of the timeline, then yes, he is real in the saga.
