No. Magic bands are a Disney World phenomenon, and with any luck they'll stay that way (I'm not necessarily opposed to the basic concept, just the way it's implemented at WDW that allows people to reserve FastPasses months in advance, which means if you want to get one for a popular ride you basically HAVE to reserve it months in advance).
