you go to mt.corenet after the event of giratina,palkia or dialga get the national pokedex then the spear piller go forward and it will ask you to blow it yes of course but don't use y register or use your bag it will talk to yo and create a stairway go up to meet arceus the most legendary Pokemon and the last Pokemon in the pokedex!
