What are captain marvel powers?

Captain America has superhuman powers that include increased agility, strength, speed, endurance, and reaction time superior to any Olympic athlete who ever competed. The Super-Soldier formula that he has metabolized has enhanced all of his bodily functions to the peak of human efficiency. Notably, his body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing poisons in his muscles, granting him phenomenal endurance. He also has the ability to heal very quickly.

He as no real powers just that his body as been improved do to an experiment the "super solider" experiment he's stronger, faster, and his healing ability is better than a normal human but not a super human rate like he is not than Flash nor is he stronger than Superman. His only weapon is a shield he never once used a gun kinda like Batman.
People may try to debate this, but I say he does because the Super Soldier Serum that put his body at the peak of human potential also sustains his body like that so that he does not have to work out to maintain it.

well he IS a super human.... Sorry to disapoint, but according to the origin story of Captain America, the "Super-Soldier" serum that improved the strength and health of the sickly recruit, Steve Rogers, only gave him peak human physical condition. He is as powerful as any human being with the fastest reflexes of any man and as fit as a Navy SEAL or the most well trained Olympic athelete but he does not possess any real super-powers. However, he is a mighty adversary for any super-villain as he has huge willpower, excellent military training, strategic and tactical flair and years of fighting experience.

Captain America is a supersoldier. He doesn't really have powers, but a serum made him tougher, braver, and stronger than other soldiers. He fights with his shield and is very skilled at combat and defense.

Iron Man: Tony Stark (played by Robert Downey Jr.) is a guy in a robot suit thats very witty and can be strong.

Hulk: (played by several people the people are and were Lou Ferrigno, Bill Bixby,Eric Bana,Edward Norton, and the present hulk of 2012 is Mark Ruffalo) Hulks power is SMASH or in other words smashing things. When he isn't 'big and green' Bruce Banner is a Gamma Radiation scientist.

Captain America: (played by Dick Purcell, Reb Brown, Matt Salinger, and our present Captain America of 2012 is Chris Evans.) Super solider and a shield with American colors. He is otherwise known as Steve (steven) Rodgers.

Thor: The NORSE God of lightning (is played by Chris Hemsworth) and he can control lightning and has a rather large hammer.

Black Widow: (played by Scarlett Johansson) Natalia (birth name. She more commonly goes by Natasha) Romanoff (Romanova) is the Black Widow. She is a highly trained assassin/spy for S.H.I.E.L.D. (Think modern day assassin's creed add adanced technology guns , a few heroes and villians and you have black widow.) She is also trained in Martial Arts and sometimes has yellow braclets that shoot lasers.

Hawkeye: (played by Jeremy Renner) Clinton 'Clint' Barton is another trained assassin/spy for shield. He is equipt with a bow and arrow. He was raised in a circus and has an evil brother called Trickshot ( Barney Barton). He seems to have a love intrest in Black Widow. She is also his Partner for when they go on missions and such. They are so close he can call her 'Tasha' without getting killed.

There are a lot of other members of the avengers and a lot more information that could be added to these descriptions but if I added it all in I'd be here all night. It might help if you look them up to find other information.
