∙ 14y agolevel up evee during the day to get espeon just remember to make the evee have full friendship before doing so and you gain friendship by reviving it making sure it doesnt fain, being nice to it etc..

∙ 14y agouse it in battle, groom it at veilstone (not sure about that one), run around with it in the party, use items on it, don't let it faint anywhere, even the battle tower. In gsc you can give haircuts some days in goldenrod basement

∙ 12y agoGive the Pokemon an EXP Share and use high level Pokemon to battle others so it just get experience and levels up, NEVER battle with it or let it faint or it will take longer and longer.
