Idk if you can acess it by PS3 but give it a shot, go to watchcartoononline.com they have great english dub and english sub. my advice though, watch the english sub, it gives better descriptions of what the charecters in the shows are saying. the english dub almost mistranslates it in a sense. hope this helped. :)

Yes of course there is :) Wherever there's an extremely popular manga there the anime version of it. It comes in English [DUB] and English [SUB]. If your eyes can't follow along with the pictures I suggest watching the English [DUB] version. But..The English [SUB] is in better quality AND the voices of the anime characters actually sound like how I pictured they would. The anime series was stopped well before the manga was finished.
Did you mean Axel Blaze from the anime series "Inazuma Eleven"who is voiced by Maxime Donnay . If not - then we need more information such as the name of the series .

There is no more English dub; there's only English sub but there are some fan-dub of the rest of Full Moon. (it was a very sad anime!)

The Naruto Abridged series is a comical parody of the original Naruto Series. The makers used either themselves or voice actors along with scenes from the series. Much like you would do if you wanted to dub an anime from Japanese to English
