Go into the safari zone. run through the pathways.at the end there will be a secret house and a pokeball.get the pokeball it has the gold tooth/fang in it.then go into the secret house and talk to the guy.he will give u the surf hm. then go back out to the man who cant speak properly and give him the gold tooth/fang.he will say thanks and give u hm strength. then move the rock that is in the house and get that item p.s. when u go through the safari zone use a max repel it works thanku for reading!:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
