Tarzan is a character in a series of novels written by Edgar Rice Burroughs. He derived from Great Britain as a baby. He was sailing with his family along the coast of africa. Soon they ship wrecked and made home in the African Jungle. A cabin was made and soon they were castaways. But a leopard came and killed the parents leaving the baby alone. Then along came a female gorilla with no baby. So she saved baby Tarzan from the leopard and came to raise him with the other apes and wildlife.

In Fahrenheit 451, the allusion to Uncle Tom's Cabin represents the power of literature to challenge societal norms and provoke critical thinking. It highlights the potential of books to inspire change and provoke empathy in individuals. Ray Bradbury uses this allusion to underscore the importance of preserving literature and the freedom of expression.
An allusion is reference within a literary work to a famous, historical, or biblical person or event that is outside of that literary work. The reference can often be indirect and is usually used to explain or clarify something in the text. Some examples are "My next door neighbour has Scrooge Syndrome." (allusion to Ebeneezer Scrooge of the book "A Christmas Carol"). "He can make his own lunch. He's a grown man. Don't indulge his Peter Pan complex." (allusion to Peter Pan).
