Pinafore? Seriously? You must mean "pianoforte" rather than "pinafore"? Among other keyboard Musical Instruments, Gulbransen (no longer in business) made pianos. "Piano" is short for "pianoforte", which is the more formal name for the instrument. Hardly anyone nowadays uses the term "pianoforte". A pinafore, by the way, is a fancy sort of apron that girls and women wear over the front of a dress.
A small(er) light(er) 5 octave piano made by Gulbransen. Lovely to play, and lovely tone, especially for something you could actually use on stage. Mine is from 1967.
I need to know that as well

H.M.S. Pinafore was created in 1878.
I don't think it would be worth much. I owned one in the 1970s and sold it because of the limitations of the short keyboard - I think I sold it for about $125 in 1976. Circa 1990 I saw another one at a piano store - it was in very poor condition and the salesman told me they did not plan to restore it because Gulbransen was a low-end brand and it would cost more to restore than they could sell it for. That said, however, they are very cute.
