yes but having max iv's is much more important.
98hgcd no its not that's not complete
I don't know about the Action Replay or Multitype but my friend got a jirachi fro GTS or you could migrate it. The final option for everything you asked ( and more) is to use Pokesav.
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoever wrote that previous comment is a noob. Anyway, there is a Action Replay code available on the net that enables you to bypass the limit at which a Pokemon will stop taking vitamins (e.g. zinc, protein, carbos etc). There is also a code that will allow you to have 999 of each vitamin in the game. The quickest route to achieve what you're after is to simply use an Action Replay code to make your stats 999. Unfortunately there is no known method to tweak a Pokemon past the initial barrier to its set stat parameters. This irks me as much as it does you... and I believe they removed EVs at level 100 so that cannot be used to pump up your Pokemon either.
type it in on action replay type it in on action replay type it in on action replay
a shiny pokemon doesn't raise the stats it's the same

PressR+A on trainer card to activate and L+A to deactivate dosent always work

Action replay or hacks.
You can stop temporary effects by removing the Action Replay. If you have modified your Pokemon's stats, though, you will have to modify the stats back to their original values.
yes .... you just have to find it
using a cheat code from a gameshark or action replay etc.. i believe they only have it as long as cheat is active though
