It depends on the deck you want to play. There are alot of 'fun' but competitive decks out there that you can play with. Some decks are now, competitive for the tournaments, but some deck have cards that costs over $50 for one. Some Top Tiers (meaning the types of decks that dominate now in tournaments), are X-Sabers, Infernities, Gladiator Beast, and Frog decks. If you are not an experienced player, I do not recommend you to play the top tier decks since alot of thinking and strategy are required to play properly. Frogs, Infernities are the types of decks that are somewhat expensive (1 cards in Infernity deck cost $80 each), and require the greatest of minds to play or else you'll lose.
There are other tier decks that could be used in tournaments and are beginner friendly. For Example, Machina Gadget, that is straight forward, but is a good deck and competitive to play with and somewhat cheap. Good luck with your tournament if you want to play one, and have fun with Yu-Gi-Oh!
There is no best deck. You need to know what your deck is supposed to be. There is many kinds of decks like Kuribohs, Red-Eyes, Blue-eyes, Dragunity,Dragon, machina,Gadgets, and a lot more.

The best Yu-gi-oh player is Yugi because he started and has the best deck!
goodluck ;-) heck yeah magic is way better than yu gi oh I play both and I would say. If you want something to kill time with and not get to into it I would go with yugioh. But if you want something to put hours into and devote a lot of time and energy into to make a deck that's truly your own go for magic. ( my yuigoh deck I made in like 6 hours that's for tournaments. Well my magic deck I have been working on for like 12 hours and its still not done. Note: these are both for tournaments you can make a freandly deck with freands in about 2 hours top for both of these.)
yugioh cards are made by paper so i will tell you how to get your yugioh cards for free all you have to do is go to i make yugioh cards and you can make your own yugioh cards so now you kown how to make your yugioh cards.
The deck that comes with the Yugioh gods and blue eyes white dragon in the Legendary Collection Collectors set. This set brought together some of the most popular cards from early in the Yugioh series.
Yes, and usually it is fine to have three of the same monster card. Some cards are forbidden, meaning you are not allowed to use it in Advanced Format (the format tournaments are run in). Some are limited or semi-limited, meaning only one or two per deck. But if the card is not forbidden or Limited in some way, you can use three in your deck.
You can have 3 trap holes and 3 bottomless trap holes in a yugioh deck. That is, if you aren't playing in tournaments.

Try with different cards , although it helps to revolve around Zanes Cyber Dragon theme but the best way is to edit your deck until you find something that suits you!
The best deck for this card would most likely be a beast or an EARTH deck.
The best Yu-gi-oh player is Yugi because he started and has the best deck!
The best deck to stop kagemaru is one that does damage to him when he use's any of the three decks.
I think its the five dragons synchro monsters I believe the most powerful deck of 2009 is lightsworns because the winner of the last 2009 tournament used a lightsworn deck. You can check the tournaments on yugioh wikia.
